About Eva and Cureva
Eva is an AI caretaker built into the Cureva app. She is not a human, but she is not a simple alarm either. Eva knows the person she cares for by name, tracks their medications and vitals, checks in conversationally every day, and reaches out to family members when something looks off. She supports, tracks, and informs. She does not diagnose or prescribe. Your doctor makes the medical decisions.
Cureva is built for three groups: seniors managing their own medications and health, adult children or family members caring for aging parents from a distance, and professional caregivers who look after multiple clients. All three perspectives are addressed within a single account.
No. Cureva is a health management and AI companion application, not a medical device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Always consult your physician for medical advice.
Cureva is available as a native app for iPhone (iOS 16 and later) and Android (Android 10 and later). The app is optimized for phones and tablets. A web-based dashboard for family caregivers is also available at app.cureva.app.
Features
Unlimited medications on all paid plans. The free beta period also includes unlimited medications. There is no cap on the number of medications, doses per day, or time-of-day schedules you can set.
Yes. You can add up to 5 family members or caregivers to a single Cureva account. Each person gets a unique login and you control exactly which alerts and health summaries they can see. Family members must accept an invitation before they receive any health information.
Eva automatically generates a formatted PDF health summary covering the past 30 or 90 days. The report includes medication adherence by drug, missed doses, vitals trends (blood pressure, heart rate, glucose, weight), and symptoms logged during daily check-ins. You can share the report by email directly from the app, download it as a PDF, or print it for your next appointment.
Eva checks in via the app using text-based conversation by default. Voice input is supported if the user enables microphone access. Push notifications prompt the user to open the app for their daily check-in. We are working on SMS and WhatsApp check-in options for users who prefer not to open the app.
Eva speaks 20 languages: English, French, Spanish, Hindi, Punjabi, Arabic, Mandarin, Portuguese, German, Bengali, Urdu, Tagalog, Vietnamese, Korean, Italian, Japanese, Gujarati, Tamil, Russian, and Polish. Language is detected automatically from your device settings. You can override this in account preferences.
Privacy and security

Yes. Cureva is HIPAA compliant and implements all required administrative, physical, and technical safeguards for Protected Health Information. We are also compliant with PIPEDA (Canada), GDPR (EU/EEA), and CCPA (California).
No. You control exactly what each family member can see. By default, family members receive missed-dose alerts and daily check-in summaries only. You can grant additional access to vitals data and doctor reports on a per-person basis. Nothing is shared automatically without your consent.
Pricing and plans
During the beta period (starting August 13, 2026), Cureva is free for 30 days with no credit card required. Beta users who provide feedback receive an additional 90 days free. After the free period, a paid plan is required to continue.
The founding member plan is $5 USD (or C$7 CAD) per month, locked for your first year. Only 200 founding spots exist. After your free beta period ends, founding members can activate their locked rate. This rate does not increase during the first year, regardless of future price changes. After year one, standard pricing applies.
Yes. Cancel from within the app at any time or email [email protected]. Your access continues until the end of the billing period. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods except where required by law. We do not charge cancellation fees.
Billing starts after your free beta period ends. For waitlist users who join before August 13, 2026, the 30-day free period begins on the date you download and activate the app. You will receive a reminder email 7 days before your first charge.
Eva supports, tracks, and informs — she does not diagnose or prescribe. Your doctor makes the decisions. Eva makes sure you never miss the ones that matter.
